Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation accepting it.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud checks fail or we cannot deliver to the address supplied. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
